Each bead is captured on its own link of very fine handmade wire chain, making the beads seem to float around your neck. This style was common during the Roman/Byzantine Empire. Two types of amethysts, labender ovals and tiny, bright purple amethyst bicone beads alternate euth stylized brass flower beads. It's 22" long with a simple gold plated hook clasp, and it'll coordinate just as well with your modern attire as with your reenactor garb.
