This gorgeous little bracelet closely imitiates jewelry from the Roman and Byzantine Empires. Amethyst, lapis lazuli, and what Romans would have called "smaragdus" (green aventurine) beads are each captured on handmade links of chain. They look delicate but are actually fairly sturdy due to the construction method. The gold plated magnetic clasp imitates beads of the era, preserving the look but adding modern convenience. Total length is 7 3/4". It should fit someone with a 5 1/2" to 7 1/2" wrist well.
